The new TV series “Patrola na Cesti” (Highway Patrol) filmed in Vrgorac will premiere tonight on Sunday January 24, 2016 at 20.00. With the large number of extras from Vrgorac, the Tv series will be for sure closely followed by the locals (their “little premiere” will take place in the Cafe “Afro” in Vrgorac tonight).
According to Večernji List, the Tv series will be one of the Croatian television event of the year.

The story is about an police officer Josip, who returns to his birthplace in Inland Dalmatia after the death of his mother to take care for his father. Very soon, he discovers the smuggling business of his brother Frane and their already difficult family affairs will get even more complicated by the police investigation.
The series will have 5 episodes and premiers tonight January 24, 2016 on HRT at 20.00
