While they were forced to take a winter break due to the ongoing paving works on the new Riva in Jelsa, the amazing cooks from Artichoke are not idle and along with preparing a special new spring and summer menu, they were on Brač this weekend to represent Jelsa and Hvar island at the Culinary Festival Biser Mora.
Together with 4 other restaurants from Central Dalmatia, Wine Bar & Restaurant Artichoke from Jelsa was chosen to take part in the “Atelje Okusa” project at the Culinary Festival Biser Mora, which took place in Supetar on Brač this weekend.

A project powered by “Svijet u čaši” and MAM VIN, presenting the best dalmatian restaurants in a form of a book about the traditional cousine. The fabulous team from Artichoke prepared the Hvar Gregada and shared some pictures done by Boris Kragić) from the event.
