Video: Dubrovnik Tourist Promo Video Awarded in USA

Good news for Dubrovnik as more awards pour in.

‘Dubrovnik and Time’ has claimed bronze at the prestigious New York Festivals World’s Best TV & Films awards in Las Vegas, USA, Dubrovnik Tourist Board reported on April 21, 2016. It was the only entrant from Croatia in the whole competition.

‘Dubrovnik and Time’ is the Dubrovnik Tourist Board’s promo video of the city and was named the third best video out of a very high quality and equally impressive line up of videos from 50 countries.

Romana Vlasic of the Dubrovnik Tourist Board stated that this year’s awards presented strong competition and that it was thrilling to be recognized for showcasing the richness that Dubrovnik and Croatia offers its visitors.

‘Dubrovnik and Time’ (which stars my partner – and no I’m not being coerced into saying good things) was filmed last year over quite a long period and produced by the highly reputable Balduci film, it went on to win the Silver Medal at the ITB Tourism Fair in Berlin, Germany where it beat more than 1,500 video submissions from 40 countries.
