It is best served in the company of friends…
Dark ruby red colour, full and rounded aroma, a real harmony. If you have not already guessed, we are talking about Cabernet Sauvignon Miraz 2012 produced by Feravino from Feričanci, which won a gold medal with as many 92 points. The news came from the 8th Days of Wine, Tourism and Cyclo-Tourism of Osijek-Baranja County. At the same competition last year, the company won the Golden Ducat, the most prestigious medal awarded by experts, for a truly beautiful wine – Graševina Ice Wine 2009. The quality and uniqueness of Cabernet Sauvignon MIRAZ 2012 is largely recognized in the American markets as well.
“Our partners from the United States have been importing our wines in large quantities for the second year in a row. There is particular interest in Cabernet Sauvignon MIRAZ 2012, which has been called the king of red wines, which it definitely is thanks to its distinctiveness. It is a highly prized wine among wine connoisseurs, with an intense and thick dark ruby red colour, full and rounded flavour and is very harmonious”, said Jennette Šimić from the Marketing and Public Relations Department of Feravino.
The aroma profile of the wine is dominated by prunes, ripe black currant, and spice traces. This exceptional oenological product is marked by special freshness and ripe tannins. The grapes were harvested by hand, with natural selection and the first generation being of top quality. It is served at a temperature of between 16 and 18 degrees Celsius. The wine is full-bodied and harmonious and is recommended with red meat, Slavonian spicy dishes of processed meat, steaks, specialties made of small and large game, meat lasagnas and mushrooms, and it tastes the best in a company of good friends. Is there anything better than that?
