Fine dining: Villa Ruza Restaurant & Lounge Bar

Located on the island of one of the famous Elaphti islands, Kolocep, restaurant and lounge bar was originially built as a villa in 1930. A rich merchant from Dubrovnik dedicated this villa as a symbol of love to his wife.

Surrounded by pine forest and olive trees on one side and the Adriatic sea on the other, this quiet oasis is dubbed as one of the most romantic places on the Adriatic Coast.
A young chef manning the kitchen, Ruđer Jelavić has previously worked Michelin Star chefs while gaining experience as a chef on yachts around the Mediterranean. Using only local products and fish from the local fishermen, Villa Ruza has quickly made its name among the locals and tourists for its excellent Dalmatian cuisine with a modern twist.
