Unique Music Performance at Lazareti Today: Álex Mendizábal

How to create music with balloons, water and whistles? 

Last-minute announcement: if you have some time to spare today but have no idea what to do, check out the performance of Basque musician Álex Mendizábal at Lazareti!

Mendizábal is known for using only balloons, water and whistles to create bewildering, unique sound effects, ending up with atypical music shows that stray from the classical notion of a concert.

He had his first performance at Lazareti yesterday and is back to make some more noise today from 2 to 10 PM. Yes, it’s a full work shift, and you’re invited do drop by whenever you want and stay for as long as you want.
