Football star Marcelo is enjoying his time in Dubrovnik, but is it just a standard holiday?
As Vecernji List reported on the 16th of June, 2017, Marcelo is relaxing in the Pearl of the Adriatic after winning the Spanish and European championships with his club.
Marcelo has uploaded several photos to his Instagram account documenting his time in Dubrovnik, from Panorama restaurant on top of Mt Srdj and during the evening, heading towards the centre of the UNESCO historical city. Marcelo happily gave autographs and took selfies with his adoring fans and seemed to be in a great, relaxed mood.
Speculation is flying around that he didn’t come to Dubrovnik for a mere well deserved rest from the beautiful game, but that he has arrived to attend the wedding of his teammate Mateo Kovacic, who is set to marry his long-time girlfriend this weekend in the city.
