Make a note in the diary or your sailing schedule, as Jelsa is the place to be for wine lovers each Thursday, as the Hvar Wine Assocation and Jelsa Tourist Board present the wines of Caric, Tomic, Dubokovic, Zlatan Otok, Plancic and PZ Svirce in the pretty St. John’s Square in Jelsa, just off the main square.
