Hvar has a very well-developed rock-climbing scene, with some truly astonishing views to behold, from various locations all over the island.
The cliffs of Sveta Nedjelja are perhaps the best on the island, and if you are looking for the best views from Hvar’s southern shores, these are hard to beat. On the northern side of the island? the picturesque setting of tiny Vela Stiniva nestles below its imposing cliffs, where much work has been done in recent years to make it an accessible climbing destination.
