October 9, 2018 – Continuing our look at the Mediterranean as it once was, a trip south of Rijeka more than 50 years ago. 

Simple pleasures. Pristine water, great seafood. endless sunshine. Life on the Adriatic coast in summer is hard to beat. 

And life at the popular Croatian resort town of Crikvenica back in 1965 looks idyllic, the latest in our series looking at how life used to be on the Croatian coast and islands. Love the ferry.
