In Croatia, snow is only a rare occurrence during the winter months. The last white Christmas locals experienced was 14 years ago in 2007. Since then, heavy snowfall surprised us all with white-covered Easter holidays for the third year. While the rest of the world looks forward to a white Christmas, Croats are slowly getting used to the new usual, white Easter celebrations! Tomorrow, we can expect partly sunny weather with some clouds, with a little rainfall in the extreme south, while other parts of Croatia may still have some snow tomorrow afternoon. A strong bura wind will weaken and turn towards the open sea to the northwest wind, locally strong. Local frost can be expected at night and in the morning due to the low air temperatures, from -7 to -2, in the Adriatic from 0 to 5 ° C. Highest mostly between 4 and 9 ° C inland and 9 and 12 ° C along the coast and on the islands.

The cold front isn’t expected to last very long, so this weekend Croatia is expected to return to its warm spring weather! Enjoy the snow while you can!
