Miloš Stagnum 2007 (Dalmatia) – Plavac Mali

Manufactured from the highest quality grapes, hand-picked from 30-year-old vineyards on the southern slopes of the Pelješac peninsula. Specific soil, centuries-old tradition and a natural way of production put this wine in a special group of natural, high elegance wines. The complexity, concentration, richness of ripe fruit, sweet tannins, fig, and herbal notes demonstrate an art of a balance.

Josić Ciconia Nigra Cuvée 2013 (Podunavlje) – Cabernet Sauvignon 40%, Cabernet Franc 30%, Shiraz 30%

Features a pronounced nose of leather and tobacco. Elegant and long, with layered flavours of blackberry, clove, coffee, black pepper and dark chocolate. Well integrated oak and supple tannins.

Clai Otoocento 2013 (Istria and Kvarner) – Refosco, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon

The wine is a blend of several varieties, which gives a very rich and layered wine. Rigorous biodynamic production results in an extremely rich flavor and unusual aromas that make the wine unique in the Istria region. Black and red berries, strawberries, and black currants blend with floral moments, all discretely shrouded in a smoke at first, followed by vanilla. This is a wine for lovers of fullness, concentration, and intensity.

Meneghetti Red 2010 (Istria and Kvarner) – Merlot 70%, Cabernet Sauvignon 25%, Cabernet Franc 5%

An elegant wine of deep ruby colour, full-bodied, with a strong and thick texture, mature and well-balanced. Aromas of great quality dominate, with pronounced spiciness. In the glass it still opens up, showing notes of vanilla, smoke, coffee, cinnamon, cloves, as well as raspberry and currant. The taste is dry, warm, and perfectly soft with fine tannins. Liveliness and minerality linger in the aftertaste. It has excellent aging potential.

Matuško Dingač Reserve 2009 (Dalmatia) – Plavac Mali

Dingač Reserve is a perfect example of superior Dingač. Grape comes from limited Dingač position with a selected berries harvest in the ecologically clean zone. The wine is matured in barrique barrels (oak barrel capacity of 225 L). This is typical Plavac Mali with characteristic fruity aroma that reminds on dark berries and ageing in barrique barrels made this wine elegant and soft. Confirmation of its uniqueness and quality are numerous awards in national and international wine competitions. We recommend opening the bottle at least 2 hours before consummation!

Veralda Istria 2015 (Istria and Kvarner) – Istrian Teran

Istrian is made from an indigenous Istrian variety, the Refosco. It’s color is intense and deep red with violet hints. On nose it shows very strong expression and character with smell reminiscent of raspberries in combination with tobacco leaves and touch of dark chocolate. On the plate, full bodied, complex with optimal expression of round and velvety tannins with juicy finish. Serve at a temperature of 20° C. The Best Red Single Varietal at Decanter World Wine Awards 2016.
