10th Job Fair in Dubrovnik gathers around fifty companies from different fields and industries hoping to find the right employees, as well as education companies. It has been already widely written on the problem of not being able to find employees for the upcoming season in Croatia and hiring people outside the Croatian borders to fill the places.
During the fair, companies will present their services and activities in order to attract participants to apply for a job. Unemployed participants will have the opportunity to find out more about the current job market in Dubrovnik-Neretva County and within the European Union borders, while the students participating will be introduced to educational system and advices on which programs could match their preferences and skills.
The aim of the Job Fair is to increase the employment rate in Dubrovnik-Neretva County, inform the participants about the incentives by the CES (Croatian Employment Service) and help companies find the right employees.
The fair is designed to attract unemployed participants, employers, students, employed participants who seek to change their job.
