What happens if you mix selected top-quality Adriatic ingredient with Japanese culinary techniques? Family Bota comes from Ston, a city located 1-hour drive from Dubrovnik, famous for the oldest salt pans in Europe and some of the finest oysters in this region. Successful Asian fusion offers innovative approach to the Mediterranean cuisine, while always putting an emphasis on the use of only local and fresh ingredients such as oysters from Mali Ston, Bluefin tuna, scampi, prawns, Mediterranean herbs and salt from Ston as well as offering some interesting dishes for both the carnivores and vegetarians.
