Pod Bore has stood proudly in Vela Luka since 1972 and is known for hosting many foreign and Croatian famous faces. The restaurant prides themselves in their homemade wine, olive oil, schnapps, and vinegar from the vineyards and olive groves of the Žuvela Doda family. Specializing in fish and meat specialties, Pod Bore also offers pizza and homemade bread.
