The thing I am enjoying the most about the Total Split project is the generosity and willingness of local people to share information about their city. I wish I had had the idea of discovering and writing about a city through the eyes of local people before, as there is so much to see and learn, and all this local expertise is extremely interesting and good fun – no two days are the same.
A typical example was a coffee (ok, a beer) I had earlier this week with a company who do photography and virtual tours. They have been very supportive of the project and generous with their time, as well as telling me about cool and interesting things happening in the city.
Things like Split Fish, a local clothing company, with some great designs for all the family. If you like the name, you will love the promotional photos – a selection below. They also specialise in a variety of accessories related to sewing. There are two Facebook pages for you to check out for more information – this one for sewing accessories and Split Fish.
