Days of Diocletian begin today in Split, and anyone who wants to feel the atmosphere of the times when Roman emperor Diocletian built his palace in Split should come to the city center dressed in a toga. There will be togas available to purchase, but with some knotting and folding skills you can easily make your own toga, with nothing more complicated than a bedsheet. Not to mention it will be even more fun.
