It’s mid-March and it finally looks like spring outside, so what better way to spend your weekend than to attend one of the many events going on in Zagreb this weekend?
1. Not Your Usual Technical Museum Visit
You might’ve visited the museum already, but not like this. This visit to one of the most entertaining museums in Zagreb in order to find out secrets you’ve never heard before about the building, its history and some of the most interesting exhibits.

2. Festival of Lights Zagreb
Festival of Lights Zagreb is the first festival of its kind in our city, and attractive audio-visual installations and projections will come to life at seven locations: Vranyczany Plateau, plateau Gradec, Jesuit Square, Gallery Klovićevi dvori, Lotrščak Tower, tunnel Grič and Tomićeva Street. The theme of the festival is the spring that symbolizes the awakening, growth and renaissance, therefore each of the locations will try to evoke the springtime through light performances that will be held from 7 to 11 pm, while tunnel Grič will be opened from 6 pm.

3. Ana Rucner at CNT
This concert will commemorate the famous cellist’s career of 15 years and it’s also an opportunity to raise funds to build a playground and buy medical equipment for children with disabilities in Baranja.

4. Kajkavci in Lisinski 2017
This is a joint promotional and cultural project of several counties, with the aim of presenting tourist services, agricultural products, trades and craft, local specialties and all other interesting and unique products of the kajkavian region.

5. Ljetno kino band at Noon
An open-air concert at noon? Why not! The cult band from Postira, Ljetno kino, will keep you dancing until lunch, and who knows, you might even have so much fun that you’ll decide to stay for the DJ program at night.
