A French couple Yvan and Chloé decided to open a small shop offering delicatenesses in Stari Grad by the name “Za pod zub”.
An interesting article at the Journal.hr website is presenting their efforts with pictures of this little but very welcoming place located in the old part of the Stari Grad town, surrounded by renaissance architecture, artistic galleries and restaurants offering local food.
This shop should be a place to taste and buy various products from the island and Croatia, some of them are: various types of salt, herbal syrops, olives, dried tomatoes, pasta, olive oil, vinegar, various spices, biscuits and sweets and of course, a rich local and regional wine card.
