Continuing our pictorial look at the beaches of Hvar, today we head back to the paradise of the Pakleni Islands and the bay of Ždrilca.
The island of Marinkovac is best known for the bay of Stipanska, which is home to Carpe Diem Beach, one of the premier spots on the island of Hvar, but there are other gems on the small island to enjoy.
One of them is Ždrilca, on the other side of the island, and accessible by regular water taxis from the main waterfront in Hvar Town. Pristine water, pebble beaches, Dalmatian slow life typified by the excellent Tri Grede restaurant on the beach.
