More great promotion to the growing British tourist market this morning, as the influential Sunday Times Travel section has run a feature on the 20 coolest hotels.
The first entry will be familiar to Hvar lovers…
1. Adriana Marina Hotel & Spa Hvar
There is a clutch of upscale hotels on Hvar, but the Adriana is the one for spa-lovers; the Sensori Spa is the best on any of Croatia’s islands, with outdoor massage cabanas offering Thalgo treatments, a couples suite and private terraces for pre and post-treatment relaxation. The 59 rooms and suites are crisp and white, and the hotel has the benefit of being opposite the main waterfront square, which means the views from the rooftop bar and seawater pool are gorgeous.
