More Hvar Wine in the UK: PZ Svirce Enters the Cotswolds

The Hvar wine story is spreading. New arrivals in the picturesque Cotswolds in the UK from Svirce.

We have had a few emails recently asking if it was possible to buy the wines of the village of Svirce in the UK. We have always passed the enquiries on to the winemakers, as it is impossible to know what is being sold where with the increase in exports of Hvar wines in the last 12 months.

But here is proof that yes, you can buy wines from the excellent Svirce Cooperative, from today. I checked the website of the Bin Ends at the Bear store near Stroud, and Croatia is not yet listed, but there was an enthusiastic tweet today from the independent wine merchants:

New Croatian wines from the island of Hvar on 4 tasting today. Delicious!
