The magical and colourful island of Hvar – why get married anywhere else?
One of the facts about Hvar which surprised me most when I learned it was that there is a different colour flower for each month of the year.
How cool is that?
Of course, I have no idea what the flowers are, but I am enjoying the red poppies at the moment, and I know they will give themselves over to the blooming lavender imminently. June is such a great month on Hvar.
And what a place to get married in! We have featured various aspects of weddings on Hvar in the past, but these pictures from a recent wedding on Hvar really brought out the vibrancy of colour on this amazing island.
