It has not been open long, but Restaurant and boutique accommodation Apolon continues to attract international attention. Not long after Total Hvar introduced Fodor’s to the best luxury addition to central Hvar for years, now The Daily Telegraph is the latest international media to discover Apolon.
Here is what they had to say about the restaurant at Apolon:
Apolon’s à la carte breakfast (7am-11am), served on the waterside terrace, makes a lovely way to start the day. At lunch and dinner, Apolon attracts hotel guests and non-residents alike. The menu is short and select, using fresh local seasonal ingredients – Adriatic seafood, free-range lamb, and organic garden produce. Expect delights such as carpaccio of tuna and octopus with samphire, and homemade tagliatelle with shrimps, cherry tomatoes and rocket, all presented with contemporary flair and accompanied by quality Dalmatian wines.
