More than 800 square metres of icy tracks for you to enjoy

Even though ice skating would not exactly top my list of things to do and see in Split, it’s exciting to see that daily offer around town is wider, brighter and more entertaining on daily basis. City Center One opened the largest ice skating park in Dalmatia – City Ice Park on November 28, 2015.
Ice park stretches over 800 square metres, it is located on level -1, and it will be open until January 17 every day from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Even if you’ve never tried to skate or if, like me you kind of try to stay close to the railing, you’re bound to have loads of fun. Besides, if you want to brush up on your skating skills and turn pro in no time, you can always join the skating school available in the Ice park. On the other hand, if you’re a real skating enthusiast, then you’ll be happy to know there are extra tracks provided so you can race without any interruptions.
City Ice Park will also host daily parties complete with best sound and light effects, DJs and of course snacks and refreshments including gingerbread, sausages, hot tea and mulled wine to make you forget about the bruises and aching gluteus maximus after a fall or two.
