ZAGREB, May 6, 2018 – An exhibition called “Cloud Pergola/The Architecture of Hospitality” by several Croatian authors will represent Croatia at this year’s Venice Biennale which will take place in the Italian city from 26 May to 25 November.
This installation that crosses the boundaries of architecture, art, engineering, robotic fabrication and computational models will be staged in the Croatian Pavillion of the Venice Architecture Biennale 2018.
“The exhibition is structured through the interplay of three interventions: ‘Cloud Drawing’ by Alisa Andrašek in collaboration with Bruno Juričić, ‘To Still the Eyes’ by Vlatka Horvat and ‘Ephemeral Garden’ by Maja Kuzmanović & FoAM,” according to information about the installation.
The installation has been recently promoted at Croatia’s Culture Ministry in Zagreb.
