Leonardo di Caprio and Jamie Foxx Bringing Robin Hood to Dubrovnik?

Mayor Vlahusic stated “four or five Oscar winners will appear in the movie”, production will start in January 2017.

When statement was made that Jamie Foxx was cast to play the role of Little John in the new adaptation of Robin Hood “Robin Hood – Origins”, no one thought Dubrovnik would be in the running for the main movie set location, but on July 13, 2016, the mayor of Dubrovnik, Andro Vlahusic, stated for Nova TV that this new Hollywood production, led by superstar Leonardo de Caprio as the producer, will indeed shoot in Dubrovnik this winter, in January and February to be more exact.

This is shaping up to be the largest ever film production in recent Croatian history and as mayor Vlahusic stated “four or five Oscar winners will act in this movie”.
