Marina in Novi Vinodolski Gets Special Recognition

Good news for Novi Vinodolski!

As Morski writes on the 12th of July, 2018, the marina in question in the picturesque town of Novi Vinodolski boasts as many as 214 berths, of which 204 are in the sea and 10 are on dry land, but all that closely follows is binding.

The entrance to the marina is a large 150-square-foot reception, similar to that of a typical hotel. There are also three luxury apartments which, in addition to all of the accompanying marine facilities, are open to all guests, these are also rated as five-star.

As of today, Marina Novi in Novi Vinodolski is the only Croatian marina currently categorised with the highest “five anchor” rating, according to a report from Novi list.

The fact that Novi Vinodolski’s marina is the very first in the entire country to have acheived such a rating, the move is more than significant acknowledgment to the investor, GPP Mikić d.o.o. from Omišalj, and after two and a half years of work and more than ten million euro invested into the marina itself, it will surely become the new shining star and centre of Novi Vinodolski.

Another special feature of the marina is the large swimming pool and sunbathing area next to the “Admiral” restaurant on the roof of the building, with an unforgettable view of the boats and of Novi Vinodolski. Caffe bar ”Gat” is topped off with a beautifully landscaped children’s playground, and all of the marina’s facilities connected by a staircase and a lift, located under the same roof.

At the moment, the vast majority vessels and sailors located in the aforementioned marina are from neighbouring Slovenia, as well as Austria and Germany. The biggest advantage of the marina is its relatively close proximity to several large European centres, therefore, new contracts are expected in no time at all.

Novi Vinodolski locals themselves are delighted with the prestigious recognition of their marina, and have accepted this brand new content in their town with open arms.
