Europe’s biggest celebration of sound system culture, Outlook Festival returns to beautiful Pula from the 5th of September to the 9th of September, 2018, with the promise of this, the eleventh festival, being even more underground than ever before.

About:

The Outlook Festival is at the forefront of sound system culture, bringing lovers of bass music from across the world to the Istrian city of Pula. The opening night spectacular takes places at the 2,000 year old Pula amphitheatre located just above Pula harbour. The festival then moves to Stinjan, with over 380 hours of live music to enjoy.

Outlook Festival’s opening night – 5th of September, 2018:

The incredible twenty piece Outlook Orchestra will also perform an exclusive set with Sir David “RamJam” Rodigan. They will perform some of the reggae and dancehall music during the show that has marked the Radio DJ’s forty year career.

Bonobo (Simon Green) from the Ninja Tunes record label, will be playing a full and live set. During the show, he will offer up a variety of tracks including many from his latest album “Migration”. The Los Angeles based British DJ is famed for his tranquil electronic music, influenced by a variety of genres including jazz, ambient, and world music.

Wiley (Richard Kylie Cowie Jnr) is an English record producer and DJ from East London, United Kingdom. In addition to Dizzee Rascal, he was an early innovator of grime music and is often referredd to as the ”Godfather of Grime”

The Festival 6th of September – 9th of September, 2018:

Once the opening night is over and done with, the festival moves a few miles down the road to Fort Punta Christo, Stinjan. Here you will find workshops, boat parties, and a wealth of other entertainment. There are merchandise stands and a variety of good catering facilities on offer. The line up includes over 300 performing artists. See below for the full list. An anticipated 15,000 strong crowd will be in attendance, with people arriving from all over the world.

A new Outlook and Dimension to Underground music!

For the very first time, 2018’s festival will descend into the underworld of the tunnels of Zerostrasse which extend from the Pula Arena, via Fort Punta Christo all the way to the open sea. A special party will be taking place for the duration of the festival. As you might have expected, availability is limited, so make sure that you book and reserve well in advance.
