One of the World’s Largest Wooden Sail Boats Docks in Šibenik

One of the largest and most beautiful wooden sail boats in the world, Sea Cloud arrived in Šibenik to the newly built Vrulje dock.

This 110 m long and 17 m wide boat, now used for private charter, was probably the most photographed image in the city as it finds refuge from the storm.

This legendary boat was built in 1930 by Krupp Germaniawerft and went on its maiden voyage in 1931.

Now it can provide luxurious accommodation for up to 64 guests and since we have been spotting it along the Adriatic coast quite often in the last few years, we can say Croatia seems to be one of its most sought after sailing destinations.
