City’s main New Year’s Eve party line-up announced.
After last year’s old school event with Marijan Ban, Zorica Kondža and Siniša Vuco, Split is following in Šibenik’s footsteps trying to attract younger crowds with a much more “up to date” group of performers for the main New Year’s Eve party on Riva.
We will enter the year 2016 with the sounds of Sara Renar, TBF and Psihomodo Pop. All established names with TBF and Psihomodo pop well versed in drawing huge crowds.
Sara Renar is a young and upcoming singer / songwriter, winner of this year’s Porin award for best female performance, critically acclaimed performer however it remains to be seen how her musical styles will fit into the “wildest night of the year”.
TBF or The Beat Fleet were the pioneers of Hip hop in Croatia and still are one of the most relevant bands on our music scene known for their fantastic genre mixing . Great performers, know how to feel the crowd so they are a great reason to spend an evening on Riva.
And last but not least Psihomodo Pop. Though their “stripping on stage” days are over, after 30 years on stage they still have that certain something. Singles from their last album”Ćiribu Ćiriba” are still payed daily on our radio stations and at this year’s annual Porin awards they went home with 3 statues proving that they are still a force to be reckoned with on our music scene.
