Even emergency service numbers are hard to reach
If you’ve been having some trouble getting online or calling anyone this morning, you’re not alone.
National Protection and Rescue Directorate (DUZS) released a statement saying that due to problems in both land and mobile communication networks of Croatian Telecom there are problems in reaching emergency service numbers.
“We are working intensively on removing the problem”, DUZS commented.
Many Croatian Telecom users have been complaining since last night that their land lines and Internet connections are not working and that no one at Croatian Telecom is answering their questions or even picking up the phones.
Croatian Telecom did publish a post on Facebook this morning at 8:34 apologizing to their users for current problems in their telecommunications network and that they will try and resolve the problem as soon as possible.
