As Poslovni Dnevnik writes on the 2nd of September, 2018, Zagreb County has allocated a massive 20.2 million kuna to various cities and municipalities across its territory.

10.3 million kuna of this total amount was allocated to transport projects and communal infrastructure, while 2.2 million kuna was allocated to the economy, ie the development of business zones and more tourism infrastructure. For agricultural projects, or so-called rural development measures, 5.3 million kuna from the total amount has been allocated.

2.4 million kuna was allocated for the co-financing of technical assistance for project applications in European Union tenders, as well as the drafting of project documentation and implementation of projects funded with the aid of EU funds and programs.

”Numerous tenders are underway for entrepreneurs, farmers, craftsmen and civil society organisations,” noted county prefect Stjepan Kožić, pointing out that the counties’ grant support has now amounted to a record 87.5 kuna million this year.
