ZAGREB, June 23, 2023 (Press release) – Applications are open today for the CAPSULE program, which aims to support 105 young women aged 18-28 to develop their entrepreneurial spirit.
The selected participants will go through an intensive program that includes e-learning, the incubation process, and mentoring meetings and events of the international community of young female
entrepreneurs from Croatia, Romania, and Hungary. Applications are open until August 30, 2023.
Participation in the program is free. The CAPSULE program in Croatia is implemented by Impact
Hub Zagreb.
CAPSULE is part of the European Erasmus+ project in partnership with Impact Hub Bucharest,
Impact Hub Budapest, Impact Hub Zagreb and Career Shift. The project focuses on the
promotion of entrepreneurship among young women as well as the importance of
entrepreneurial skills. CAPSULE encourages all young women who want to develop their own
business, especially young mothers, as well as women from marginalized groups such as
migrants and refugees, to apply and participate in the program.

young entrepreneurs to get a concrete incentive to develop their business, that is, above all, to
overcome their mental obstacles and fears and strengthen their entrepreneurial self-confidence.
Programs like these help them develop both skills and a support network that have long-term
value for them. We encourage all those who are thinking about developing their business or
those who are already entrepreneurs and need a little push, to apply for the program. ” Ana

The educational part of the program includes five online courses on entrepreneurial skills,
leadership skills and digital skills, while the incubation part of the program helps participants
develop their own business idea. The mentoring part of the support as well as the continuous
support of the community additionally contributes to empowering the participants to start their
own business. At the end of the program, ten participants from the three countries included in the
program will be selected to participate in an international bootcamp in Bucharest planned for
early spring 2024.
