July the 13th, 2023 – The Croatian company Roto dinamic has made a very significant step forward in terms of its business. It has also now opened the first specialised retail facility for the sale of beverages in Bjelovar-Bilogora County.
As Poslovni Dnevnik writes, the Croatian company Roto dinamic has now officially concluded the process of taking over the wholesale channel of sales to 300 customers that was owned by the company Špar Bjelovar.
A strengthened customer network
This business move has further strengthened the HoReCa customer network of the Croatian company Roto dinamic, which includes more than 6,500 partners, thus establishing the national beverage distributor’s leading position in wholesale and distribution in Croatia. At the same time, thanks to the realised takeover, Bjelovar has become the centre of expansion of the Roto dinamic network in Bjelovar-Bilogora County, the development of which the company will support through its operations.
The consolidation of the Croatian wholesale market is a key direction
“We have concluded the first acquisition of Roto dinamic after seven years, and it fully follows one of the key directions of our strategy – the consolidation of the wholesale market in Croatia. I’d like to sincerely thank the former owners, Rajka and Zlatko Navojec, for deciding to trust us with the wholesale part of the business, in which we’re going to retain all previous employees. Regardless of the fact that we’re a national company, we will also maintain a local approach towards our new partners, and I believe that they’ll certainly find numerous additional advantages in doing business with us. In addition to taking over the wholesale part of the business, we also opened a specialised retail facility in Bjelovar, which I believe will very soon become people’s first choice when they go in search of fine drinks,” said Petar Bašić, president of the Roto dinamic Management Board.
The first Roto dinamic beverage retail space is now open
After the sales and distribution centre under the Croatian company Roto dinamica’s brand started operating last weekend, the first Roto dinamica retail space specialising in beverages in Bjelovar-Bilogora County was also officially opened in Bjelovar.
In the space arranged according to the “Fun is serious business” concept, you can find a wide range of top domestic and foreign wines and strong alcoholic drinks, commercial and craft beers, various juices, and there are all the necessary accessories for any seriously good party.
At the same time, in the sales and distribution centre partners from the HoReCa channel are now waiting for a selection of drinks, glasses and additional assortments, which is needed in every restaurant, together with professional cleaning equipment.

The new specialised store is located at Ulica braće Diviš 14 A, and the sales distribution centre can be found at Ulica Blajburška žrtava 8 and 10. The entire offer is also available for order to your door through the wildly popular delivery services Wolt and Glovo.
