Higher Revenues and Investments for Vipnet

ZAGREB, February 14, 2018 – The Vipnet telecommunications company in 2017 earned revenues in the amount of 434.9 million euro, 2.6% more than in 2016, while its earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA) grew 9.6% to 108 million euro.

The company, whose results were published on Wednesday as part of the business results of its parent company Telekom Austria Group, said the results were owing to positive developments in its commercial business and stronger investments in new technologies. Vipnet said that last year it invested 84.7 million euro in Croatia, 4.6% more than in 2015.
