Mlinar Café Opens in Dubai

The first Mlinar Café in Dubai offers a wide range of baked goods, all of them halal certified.

After Australia and Europe, as of yesterday, July 24, Mlinar’s baked goods can be purchased in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates, Poslovni.hr reports. The bakery is located in Nadd Al Hamar Health Centre, where Mlinar will present its wide range of baked goods to the UAE market.

All Mlinar products are halal certified, which means that they have been prepared, stored, and distributed according to Halal standards. Dubai residents can now try burek, pizza, puff pastries, bread, and sandwiches prepared based on Mlinar’s standards and recipes, but also in accordance with the Halal quality management system standards.

This is the first of a series of UAE franchises to be managed by Alagar Investment LLC, Dubai, in partnership with Mr Faisal Mohamed Mejrin Al Marar and Mr Ahmad Atwi.
