One of the biggest and best known Croatian marketing agencies, web.burza, has decided to take a significant step – they’ve decided to re-brand themselves! Their new brand name is the Human interaction company. And with the name change came the modification of their visual identity, their new website as well as new titles for all of their employees.
Human’s Human CEO, as he is known from today on, Vanja Bertalan, started the company back in 2001, with his partner Mario Stipanović, when they worked on their first project of an address book consisting of all Croatian companies.
The project was titled “Burza”, so they just added the buzz-word “web”, and that’s how their agency got their name for the next almost twenty years. They worked hard and managed to get major clients from all over the world, mostly because they maintained human relationships with all of their clients. They won six MIXX awards for the best websites in Croatia (including Diners, Coolinarika, Podravka, RTL and A1), and their international clients include Hempel, Gencove, The Engine Room and many others.
The biggest reason for the change of the company and brand name is the name itself. While people in Croatia are already acquainted with the name, it’s difficult to explain to international clients how the name is pronounced, spelled, and why a company would be called that. And, as the company turns its attention to international clients more and more, that is becoming a more significant problem.
That’s why they decided to choose a straightforward brand, which carries everything that Vanja and his team believe in – that they are the identity they’ve been building through the years, that they are human and that they see their customers just like that – as humans. They hope that the new, colourful identity will help them tell the story of what the agency has been about for the past eighteen years.
