The internationally well-known Rimac Automobili took 101st place, with a growth rate of 1059 percent, and Code Consulting was ranked 229th with a 545 percent growth rate. Growth for Hangar 18 was 368 percent, ranked at 321st, followed by Gauss which stood at 347 percent in the 340th position. Of the fastest growing 500 companies from Central Europe, 62 companies were listed on the fastest growing list this year, which represents a significant increase compared to last year’s 39. Most of them, more specifically 25 of them, are from Poland, followed by Lithuania with 7, Croatia and the Czech Republic with 6, Bulgaria with 5, Romania and Slovakia with 4, Hungary with 3 and Bosnia and Herzegovina and Estonia with one company.
The leading Deliveroo from the United Kingdom achieved a massive growth rate of 107.117 percent. This software company allows its customers to order food from nearby restaurants, both private and those from catering chains, which may not even otherwise offer a delivery service.
“Overall, this year’s ranking of the fastest growing technology companies in the EMEA region has found winners from nineteen countries with an average growth rate of 1.377 percent, an increase from 967 percent in 2016. The growth rate of company revenue listed in the scale ranged from 220 to 107.117 percent,” stated Deloitte.
