In the first nine months of 2017,  ACI recorded 165.1 million kuna in total revenues.

In the first nine months of this year, ACI (Adriatic Croatia International Club) realized HRK 165.1 million of total revenues, while expenditures amounted to HRK 131.7 million, which is approximately the same when compared to the same period last year, published ACI on Monday, claiming this season to be extremely successful based on this year’s business indicators.

ACI points out that the complete reconstruction of the ACI marina Rovinj and the construction of the so-called travel lift pool in ACI marina Dubrovnik had a major impact on the first nine months of their business operations, reports Pomorac.net on October 31, 2017.

“Having in mind the fact that ACI Marina Rovinj’s average revenues in previous years amounted to about HRK 11 million, it can be said that this year other ACI-operated marinas have achieved a significant increase in revenues, thus completely compensating for the absence of aforementioned revenues of ACI marina Rovinj,” say the representatives of ACI company.

Of the total operating revenues in the amount of  HRK 156.4 million, which includes nautical activities (annual, monthly and daily berths, leasing and other services for yachts), the largest share in the amount of 70 million kunas came from annual berth leases, which is however, 3 percent less compared to last year, while income from daily berth fees amount to 53.5 million kunas, which is 5 percent more compared to last year.

Income from the monthly berths have increased by 16 percent to HRK 8.6 million, income from rental services and non-core activities, which amount to HRK 12.6 million, has increased by 11 percent, while income from other nautical services increased by 5 percent, to nearly 10 million.

During this year ACI has continued to make significant investments in its marinas system in order to raise the quality of services. The most significant investment project is a complete reconstruction of ACI Marina Rovinj, which should be completed in 2018. Other significant investments during the nine months of this year include the construction of the so-called travel lift pool and the new golf course in ACI Marina Dubrovnik, the reconstruction of concrete gates and power supply in ACI marina Vodice, reconstruction of pedestrian surfaces and the interior terrace of the restaurant in ACI Marina Umag, and reconstruction of reception desk in ACI Marina Milna.
