Zadar County Grants Concessions on Maritime Domain

Zadar County assembly met to discuss 28 points of the agenda, 8 of which dealt with concessions on the maritime domain.

8 of the 28 points of the agenda of the Zadar County assembly referred to concessions on the maritime domain, reports Morski.hr on September 7, 2017.

For shellfish farming, the concession in Modrič was given to Pidoća Fish Hatchery, while the Katić craft from Kaštel Lukšić was granted the concession for the area where the Zrmanja river flows into Novigrad sea. Concession for the area between the islands of Iž and Sridnji was extended to the Martinović Fish company from Zadar.

Zlatna luka Sukošan was granted two concessions for the use of the beaches of Tustica and Tratica, but they weren’t given permission to charge entrance fees and fence the beach.

The tender was also published for the landing and transit of fish in Kali, while the tender for the issuance of a concession for the production of white fish on the island of Iž was cancelled due to incomplete documentation.
