Transport helicopter squadron at the Croatian Air Force 93rd Air Base has received a public commendation from Stari Grad on the island of Hvar for their exceptional achievements in emergency medial transportation from the island to the mainland. Deputy squadron commander captain Stjepan Jović said that it is always nice to recieve recognition for the peers and the community and that it immensly improves the moral of all squadron members. He also commented that this recognition will be a great enticement for further squadron actions to the benefit of all islanders.
Public commendation was given to captain Jović and his team during the special assembly of the City council to commemorate the day of St. Roch, patron of Stari Grad.
