The opening of the Croatian Chamber of Commerce in Mostar will be another step towards strengthening the export orientation of the Croatian economy, as well as long-term sustainable economic growth.
As Poslovni Dnevnik writes on the 8th of April, 2018, the Croatian Chamber of Economy (HGK) will open its office in Mostar on Monday, April 9th, within the Chamber of Commerce of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The President of the Croatian Chamber of Commerce, Luka Burilović, stated that the desire through the work of the Mostar office will be to help local companies learn about the Croatian market and the EU market, as was announced on Saturday from the Croatian Chamber of Commerce.
“Croatian companies have long been present on Bosnia and Herzegovina’s market and they feel like they’re home, and we, under the umbrella of the Chamber of Commerce, can allow them to further facilitate their business and to help them meet the challenges they face. Our wish is that through the work of this office, we’ll also be able help local companies that want to enter the Croatian market and the unique 500 million strong EU market,” said Luka Burilović.
He added that the opening of the Croatian Chamber of Commerce was yet another step towards strengthening the export orientation of the Croatian economy and long-term sustainable economic growth.
The President of the Croatian Chamber of Economy will be present at the ceremony organised for the occasion of the opening of the Office of the Croatian Chamber of Economy in Mostar.
Burilović will also visit the Mostar Economy Fair, held from the 10th to the 14th of April, 2018. With the support of the Croatian Chamber of Economy, twenty Croatian companies from various sectors will be exhibited this year.
The conference will also host a conference of the Forum of the Economic Chamber of the Adriatic-Ionian Region, which will address the regional challenges of the future, such as energy and digitisation.
