July the 15th, 2023 – Croatian Vegeta, one of the most beloved products from this country, has found its way across the pond, into the Big Apple and into one of NY’s most well known eateries – BTL Prime Steakhouse.
As Poslovni Dnevnik writes, in the famous New York restaurant BLT Prime Steakhouse, American chef Cliff Crooks prepared several specialties with Croatian Vegeta – the most popular spice of all to those of us in this country. He did so in front of the cameras.

Crooks, who prefers Mediterranean food by his own admission, pointed out that Croatian Vegeta, with its collage of dried vegetables and herbs, refreshes every dish with the tastes and smells of the Mediterranean. He added that he was delighted with the freshness and balanced ingredients of this product, which enhance the taste of each dish and add to it the harmony of flavours known as Umami.
Croatian Vegeta managed to delight him in a very short space of time, and he believes that this should become a staple in every American kitchen.
“Vegeta not only improves the taste of any dish but can also correct cooking mistakes. It’s a versatile spice that can help you improve your culinary skills,” Crooks concluded.
