Being one of the least organised people on the planet, my last minute reaction to deadlines is something which has driven my wife justifiably nuts over the years.
“It is your brother’s 50th in 3 weeks. Are you going to send him some Croatian wine, and if yes, shouldn’t you get it organised?”

A week later.
“Have you sent the wine?”
“Not yet. I have a guy who is super efficient. It is too early.”

B***** – totally forgot. It was Sunday evening, the birthday was on Friday. I was in trouble.
