April the 15th, 2024 – A very prominent and wealthy Bosnian company is set to construct luxury Dubrovnik villas, with the accompanying permits having been initially obtained back in 2021.
As Poslovni Dnevnik writes, the well known Bosnian company Texo Gradnja (Construction), as the contractor, has started excavations for some new luxury Dubrovnik villas in Kardinal Stepinac Street. This has been carried out for the investor Tihomir Brajković from neighbouring Bosnia and Herzegovina. More specifically for his company Šest luksuznih vila (Six luxury villas) d.o.o.
As stated above, the accompanying permits were obtained for this project back in 2021, and the construction site board shows that four low-rise detached residential buildings are currently being built. These refer to the new Dubrovnik villas A, A1, B1 and B2, owned by the investor’s company, according to Dubrovnik Daily/Dubrovacki dnevnik.
The already popular hotels More and Kompas, as well as numerous private houses and apartments for rent are located near the construction site.
As Dubrovacki dnevni revealed exclusively back in 2019, Tihomir Brajković from Bosnia and Herzegovina purchased the attractive plot of land from the Urban Institute of Croatia, which received it from Hotel Babin kuk based on the creation of the Babin kuk UPU.
After all of the necessary permits had been obtained and the green light had been given by the powers that be, the investor applied for the start of construction on February the 23rd, 2024.
