May the 12th, 2025 – A new futuristic lifestyle hotel is coming to central Zagreb, with an unusual design that makes it stand out from the crowd.

As Poslovni Dnevnik writes, a brand new futuristic lifestyle hotel is set to open in Zagreb. The complex will allegedly changes the paradigm of the designer hotel offer, as well as provide a unique experience of connecting with the city’s urban culture.

It is the former Hotel Jadran, whose interior and exterior have undergone an impressive reconstruction owing to the synergy of architects Studio UP and multimedia artist Silvij Vujičić, whose artwork adorns the hotel.

In addition to 48 futuristic-looking rooms, the hotel’s unique interior will be accompanied by a bar, a small hidden garden and an exclusive rooftop with the most beautiful view of the capital. It will offer guests true opportunities for relaxation, socialising and indulging in some high quality entertainment.

The airy, futuristic design of the hotel’s exterior also permeates the interior, and is reflected in the surreal ambience of the rooms. This new, futuristic hotel in Zagreb will offer those staying a break from the hustle and bustle with its peaceful view of the starry night sky from its rooftop. The unique view of the Zagreb Cathedral will also likely become an interesting and sought-after postcard view of the city.

“The opening of Stellar Boutique Modules marks another important step in the strategic development of the Maistra Hospitality Group and our portfolio in Zagreb. Over the past few years, we’ve invested over 140 million euros in the capital city through projects that have transformed Zagreb’s overall hospitality offer. They include the well known lifestyle hotel Zonar Zagreb, Marriott’s Sheraton Zagreb Hotel, and the contemporary Hotel International.

Stellar Boutique Modules, which will be part of the Maistra City Vibes brand, builds on that vision. That vision seeks to create authentic, high-quality and innovative content that meets the needs of modern travellers, as well as enrich Zagreb’s overall tourism offer. We’re going to continue to invest in destinations where we see long-term potential, and Zagreb is certainly among them,” revealed Tomislav Popović, CEO of Maistra.
