December the 15th, 2024 – Gorgeous Gorski Kotar is now richer for a new resort with nine rooms and a spa zone. The region is embracing tourist interest, and projects such as this one will likely see it excel.
As Poslovni Dnevnik/VL/Radmila Kovacevic writes, Gorski Kotar has been enriched with a new resort. The region’s new gem is Resort Stribor, a comfortable accommodation facility boasting nine rooms, a total of 27 beds, and even a spa area. Located in Ponikve and surrounded by the luscious nature this part of Croatia is known for, the resort is intended for families, lovers of active holidays and, as the hosts describe it, the surreal.
“We wanted to identify with a fairy tale and connect with what people miss most today: peace, freedom, local, natural surroundings. The brand name “Anni Tempora for real estate management” was given for a reason – we want to experience tourism throughout all of the seasons. Our slogan “breathe, and dive in” represents two contrasting offers which ultimately form a whole.
“Breathe” is associated with this project and the purity of Gorski Kotar, the freshness of the air, a break from the urban and fast-paced reality we all know well. “Dive in” represents the coastal part of the Anni Tempora project and the holiday villas located in Istria. Before diving, we need air, and vice versa. These two elements are constantly intertwined, emphasising their dependence on each other.
They’re accompanied all the time by the villas – those from the Ogulin fairy tales and the accommodation units in in Kadumi near Poreč, which are named after ancient Croatian myths and legends. Anni Tempora emphasises the diversity of Croatia, its special features, and the name itself confirms the potential of tourism and the interest of today’s modern traveller for all seasons,” emphasised the owner and director of the newly opened Gorski Kotar resort, Ivica Milotić.
Otherwise, Stribor fits perfectly into the orientation of Croatian tourism towards more and more sustainability. Among other things, it is heated with olive pits processed in the Torač oil mill in Žbandaj near Poreč. As far as the gastronomic offer goes, the resort offers delicious Istrian cured meat products produced from game from the hunting grounds leased around the wider Ogulin area.
