As the Croatian Tourist Board reports, gold medals were won by OPG Kolenko from Nedeljanec, OPG Kurtek from Šemovac and OPG Vidaček from Seljanec. They received several praises for their products from members of the Judging Committee consisting of top experts – Michelin-starred chefs, members of the French Culinary Academy “Académie Culinaire de France,” members of the Euro-Toque community of chefs, and other prestigious organizations.
“Delicious pumpkin seed oil,” “subtle scent of roasted pumpkin seeds,” “unique oil” which is a perfect addition to fresh dill salad or pumpkin soup,” and at the same time “a product of great health benefits” – are compliments from world experts awarded to Varaždin pumpkin oil. In doing so, they especially praised the “attractive opaque bottle specially designed to protect the oil from the harmful effects of light.”
