June the 7th, 2023 – A brand new Rovinj app allows people to rate the level of service they received at the hands of the Rovinj city administration.
As Poslovni Dnevnik writes, an innovative new Rovinj app was launched over recent days which allows people to assess and rate their level of satisfaction with the service they received from the city administration.
As part of this new Rovinj app, people can evaluate their experiences with officials through QR codes placed in the corridors of the city administration. As reported by the Rovinj city administration, the goal of the application is to make employees aware that they all provide services to people and that kindness and professionalism are expected from them above all else.
The new app will allow for improvements
“People who want to evaluate the service they’ve received will have to scan a QR code that will open a conversation via WhatsApp. To start the evaluation, it’s necessary for the user to send any message that opens up an entire set of questions and offers answer options”, they stated from the Rovinj administration, adding that by using the new Rovinj app, people will receive information on which officers are the most burdened in working with the public and who is the most successful in communication with them.
“The collected information is intended for internal use, and all with the aim of introducing the necessary improvements and the organisation of additional training if it proves to be necessary,” they stated from the city administration. It is a pilot project of developing tools for public administration, which aims to raise awareness of the role of the city administration as a service provider and increase responsibility and efficiency.
